Explanation of Artwork Approval Status for Submission by E-mail

An overview of the art approval process is as follows:

1) Submit an image file, in jpg format, of each piece of proposed artwork to your CMG representative via e-mail.

2) We will review your design to ensure that it matches the styleguide.

3) After we review your artwork, we will channel it to our client for approval.

4) When your artwork is approved, we will email or fax you about your status. If you do not receive approval, you will have to make changes and resubmit your artwork.
