Congratulations on completing the steps required to obtain an active Bettie Page License Agreement! Now it is time to commence the product development phase to utilize the privileges of your License Agreement. The New Product Development section of the Licensing Resource Center assists both new and veteran licensees in the design and approval of new products. Simply follow the steps listed in this section and move your product towards production!

Step 1: Acquire Assets to Build the Design: CMG will provide you with some image assets to use on your product. You may purchase other assets through CMG or obtain them from an outside source.

Step 2: Design Phase: Working with the assets you have chosen, you will plan your product.

Step 3: Submit Artwork for Approval: After designing the proposed product, You will submit artwork of your product for preproduction approval.

Step 4: Submit Prototypes for Approval: Before mass production, you will send us a prototype of your product for approval.

When all four steps of Product Development have been completed, you may begin production. After production, you will follow post production procedures such as submitting samples and reporting royalties. For these activities enter the Existing Agreement Maintenance portion of the Licensing Resource Center.
