To me Bettie Page was an Icon.Someone who truly knew how to be herself.She is an inspiration to woman,teaching them to love themselves for who they are,not what someone else thinks they should be.Above all she stayed that down to earth,kind,girl next door.She was an amazing woman inside and out.

Betty Page has inspired many artists like me, because of the way she approached the art of modeling. In an era of sexual repression and stifling conservatism, she did not model to be a feminist, for money, or do anything important; she was just being herself!
