About Web site Use:

Many questions regarding Web site use are covered in the Fan Club User Guide.

What writings can I post?
You can post any writings you want to. Where the writings show up is determined by Admin. Admin reserves the right to edit and/or cut down the writings submitted to the web page. Writings become property of CMG Worldwide for use in Bettie Page marketing, websites, fan clubs, newsletters, or other areas yet to be determined. Keep an eye out for your postings because we cannot always notify the author when and where the writings are posted.

What are the rules about commenting, chats and messageboard posts?
An extensive copy of the rules can be found HERE.

Members are expected to treat other members with respect and dignity. This means refraining from using derogatory and or foul language. It also means refraining from attacking or harassing other members through message board posts, photo comments, and/or personal messaging. Have the same respect for others that you wish them to give to you. If you experience a problem with vulgar postings or harassments from members, please contact the Admin so further action can be taken.

How do I post writings?
On the main menu page, look for the USER MENU in the left side column. The third button down is titled “WRITING”

Title your writing, place the text you would like in the main box, then press SUBMIT. The Admin will then review the writings and choose where to put it and if it should be published on the site.

How do I post pictures?
When you are posting pictures, begin from the main HOME page.

Click on either the FAN PHOTOS button or the GALLERY button to continue.

At the top of the page there are two modes you can operate in. To upload a photo, use the USER SYSTEM (picture upload) mode.

Once you have clicked that button, you will have another pull-down screen that pops up. Choose the gallery that you would like to post in.

BEFORE YOU UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS:
Fill in the name, keywords and description.

If you do not do this before you upload your photos, you will have to go back to each one and re-fill out each box.

Browse through your folders to pick the image you would like to upload. Click UPLOAD.

As soon as you have received a SUCCESS, your photos are now uploaded.

How do I upload my own wallpaper?
Go to the MAIN MENU and click WALLPAPERS.

You will see a list of the existing wallpapers. At the bottom of the screen you will see a simple file browsing form. Browse through your computer documents to find the wallpaper you would like to upload.

The image must be at least 1152 wide, 864 pixels height and maximum 700K in file size.

Once you have your file found and to the correct size specifications, click UPLOAD IMAGE.

Where is Bettie Page today?
Ms. Page is living in Southern California. She is enjoying living out of the spotlight and wants her fans to remember her from her Pinup Queen days.

Where did many of her photographs go?
Many of her photographs were ruined or destroyed over the years. The loss of many of her images makes those that we have today more precious. If you have images not yet in the OFFICIAL GALLERY, we encourage you to upload those and help complete the site with all the images possible.

Where was Bettie born?
Bettie was born on April 22, 1923, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Why did Bettie do the bondage photo shoots?
Most of the bondage and S&M photo shoots were done by Paula and Irving Klaw. Their photo shoots took place on Saturdays in their studio. It is reported that for around four hours of work, one hour of that would be bondage. They only got paid for the regular photos if they did an hour of the bondage. She thought it was fun to play around in the costumes. She found the bondage shoots to be more amusing than sexual.

Where can I send Fan Mail?
Please send your fan mail to the below address. A marketing representative will then forward it to Ms. Page. However, due to the large volume of mail that Ms. Page receives, it is highly unlikely that she will be able to respond.

Can I put your photos on my personal website?
CMG is in a position to provide clearance to use the associated publicity rights of the photo(s) you have requested. However, because CMG does not own the copyright for the requested image, your organization must make no reference to CMG as a source or provider of the images.

When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after submission.  We use Verisign to process all payments.  On your statement the billing will appear as CMGWorldwide. 

If I cancel my membership during the middle of my subscription can I get my money back?
All payments are final.  All membership fees are non-refundable for any reason.  Whether your membership is forcibly or voluntarily ended, you forfeit all payments previously made.

When does my subscription start?
Your subscription will begin as soon as your payment is processed.  You will recieve an e-mail notification when you can begin accessing the site. Your subscription will last for the period of one full year from the date of payment. Without renewal after that period you will no longer be able to access the site.

If I have problems with my account, who do I contact?
If you have any questions or problems regarding you username, password, accessing the site, or other site-related problems please contact the Administrators. A member of the staff will respond to you as soon as possible.

How can I purchase images of Ms. Page?
Images can be purchased for personal and commercial use at www.legendsarchive.com. Legends Archive is a partner of CMG Worldwide and can provide high quality files of famous personalities and trademarks, including but not limited to those listed on CMG Worldwide's client roster. The Legend's Archive is in charge of handling all assets (including photographs) related to Bettie Page. They will be able to answer your question related to using her photographs. How can I find out if my Bettie Page memorabilia is authentic or how much it is worth?
Our memorabilia experts are able to provide professional appraisals on all sports, music, entertainment and historical related items.
