Returns are easy! Items that have not been worn or damaged can be returned by following 3 simple steps:
1. Print Your Shipping Label
Send us an email at Return@BettiePage.com with your order number and items you'd like to return, and we will email you back a prepaid shipping label that you can use to send your item back to our Fulfillment Center.
2. Exchange The Item or Return It For Store Credit (FREE!) or Return The Item For A Refund ($5.99 Shipping Fee)
If you return the merchandise for store credit or exchange merchandise, it's FREE! If you'd like to return merchandise for a refund, we'll deduct $5.99 from your refund amount to cover the shipping fees.
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and we'll send you an email to confirm the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Please note the we are only able to exchange items when a different size/color of the same item is requested, and the requested item is in stock.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (date on shipping confirmation email).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
1. Items marked as closeout or final sale.
2. Promotional items or free gifts with retail value.
3. Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
4. Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:
Returns received by BettiePage.com between 1 and 30 days after the original order shipment date (date on shipping confirmation email). Late returns will not be completed once the 30-day period has expired.
1. Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit.
2. Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned worn or not in the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
3. Non-Apparel Items: Must be returned with original packaging intact; otherwise, they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
3. Complete The Chart Below Print and fill out the below chart listing the item(s) you are returning, along with the reason for return, and include this insert with your returned merchandise. Your feedback helps us better serve our customers!
