We ship via USPS. Once the item leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive tracking information. We will ship the item within 2-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Once the package has left our possession, prompt delivery time is the responsibility of USPS. Once your item is in transit, we have no way to contact individual post offices or customs agencies to rush any deliveries. The USPS is experiencing a high volume of shipments and delays due to the pandemic; please remain patient until your order arrives.

Bettie Page is not responsible for package theft, customer-submitted address error, or misdelivery by the USPS. Once the package has left our possession, the item is now the responsibility of the USPS.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy! Full priced items that have not but worn or damaged can be returned by following 2 simple steps:
- Print Your Shipping Label
Send us an email at Store@BettiePage.com with your order number and items you’d like to return and we will email you back a prepaid shipping label that you can use to send your item back to our Fulfillment Center. We do not provide international return shipping labels.
- Exchange The Item Or Return It For Store Credit (Free!) Or Return The Item For A Refund (Shipping Fee)
Only items sold at full price are eligible for refund. Items bought with coupon codes, on sale, or with other discounts are not eligible for refund.
If you return merchandise for store credit or exchange merchandise, your first transaction is FREE! If you need to make multiple transactions on the same exchange item, you will be responsible for shipping after the first exchange. If you’d like to return merchandise for a refund, we’ll deduct the cost of shipping each way. We will notify you of your specific shipping cost before we complete the return.
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and we’ll send you an email to confirm the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of the original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Please note that we are only able to exchange items when a different size/color of the same items is requested, and the requested item is in stock.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center with 30 days of your original order shipment date (date on shipping confirmation email).

International Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not provide return labels for international orders; however, you can contact email@example.com to confirm eligibility of your return and for further instructions on where to mail your item.
Once we have received your item back in stock we will process your refund.
